This is one of the more honest parts of the portfolio.
Over the years I tried a long list of small ecommerce ideas, including building Shopify apps, building Shopify stores as a consultant, importing and selling wallets, and dropshipping funny t-shirts. Most of these projects were not big wins, but they were high-value teachers.
They taught me about demand, margin, copy, offers, speed, and the value of trying something real instead of only thinking about it.
