UpRight Growth is an important part of my story because it reflects both building and staying power.

I founded the business, helped grow it, and later sold the majority of it. That outcome matters, but what matters just as much is everything that led up to it: client work, positioning, productizing services, and learning what kinds of growth work actually move a business forward.

I'm still current on UpRight Growth, which makes it less of a closed chapter and more of an ongoing one.
